Whit Hanks, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Whit Hanks is an Austin and Dripping Springs real estate investor and developer, the latest generation of a family real estate tradition tracing back to the Texas Revolution. Whit entered the real estate profession as a sophomore at the University of Texas, buying twenty-five residential properties one-by-one and remodeling them while a student. After receiving a Plan II degree and an M.B.A. from Texas, Hanks worked for U. S. Senator Lloyd Bentsen in Washington and J. P. Morgan Bank in New York before returning to Austin to make his home. He founded Whit Hanks Antiques in 1985 and imported antiques from Europe, specializing in architectural antiques used in high-end projects through the State. Whit Hanks Antiques was named "Best Antiques Store" by Austin Chronicle readers eleven years in a row. During this period, Whit also developed several commercial real estate projects in Austin. Whit's family began acquiring property in the Dripping Springs area in 1985, and this investment in the community has grown steadily for the past twenty years. Whit now spends the majority of his time and energy developing and investing in real estate in the Dripping Springs area. He has served as a Board member of the Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Founders Day Commission and Chair of the Historic Preservation Commission. He currently serves as the City's Chair of the Economic Development Committee.

Jack Seifrick, Vice Chairman of the Board

Jack is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Professional Bank. He focuses on establishing the bank’s strategies for growth, which includes business development, employee recruiting, new market launches and delivering quality service. Previously, Jack worked in commercial real estate where he helped build and run The Amend Group, a nationwide provider of real estate services to client corporations. Prior to that, Jack helped grow a seafood processing company. He began his career as a CPA with a national accounting firm. Jack earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Harvard. He has been married for 19 years. He and his wife Ann have two daughters and live in Lakewood.

Jeff Wilkinson, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Wilkinson brings more than 18 years of experience as a financial industry/business generalist with a depth of expertise in finance, business development and organizational leadership. Until recently, Mr. Wilkinson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Texas United Bancshares, Inc., a $1.8 billion publicly traded bank holding company. Together with the CEO, Mr. Wilkinson played a key role in developing and executing a strategy for profitable growth that resulted in a 61 percent increase in the bank holding company’s stock price following his appointment in July 2005. During his tenure, Mr. Wilkinson was instrumental in the completion of three acquisitions. In January 2007, the company was acquired by Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. Jeff and his wife Kelly have three young children.

Professor Isabella Cunningham

Professor Cunningham currently serves as the Chair of the advertising Department at UT Austin. An influential figure in academia, both as an educator and as an, administrator, she consults and serves as a board member of both public and private companies including prior financial institutions. Professor Cunningham contributes her time and expertise broadly, including service on numerous boards of non-profit institutions including St. Edward’s University Board of Trustees, Texas Children’s Defense Funds, Texas Medical Association Foundation and the UT Press Advisory Board. She also served on the Governor’s appointed positions including the Tourism Advisory Committee, the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission, the National Museum of Natural History and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Mike Figer

Mr. Figer lives in the Dripping Springs area, is a third generation Austinite and the owner of a local CPA firm, Figer & Company. After graduation from the Business Honors program at University of Texas at Austin, he began his professional career in 1977 at Deloitte and Touche (Houston). While in Houston he served on the business development board of a local Houston bank. After relocating back to Austin in 1986, Mr. Figer began his CPA firm specializing in accounting, tax, virtual CFO and financial services to small, entrepreneurial businesses. He has been active in local affairs including DSISD Education Foundation, Greater Dripping Springs Community Foundation, Austin Area Research Organization and various community programs. Mike and his wife, Cindy, also own a Dripping Springs- based gourmet food business, New Canaan Farms, producing upscale food products for the specialty food industry.

Craig Koenig

Mr. Koenig is President and owner of Prime Tempus, Inc. based in Dripping Springs. At Prime Tempus, Mr. Koenig serves as Special Deputy Receiver for the state of Texas Insurance Commission and is responsible party for three failed insurance companies. He began his career in the financial industry after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration Degree from University of Arkansas. Mr. Koenig has over twenty years of experience in banking, loan workout and bankruptcy, asset management and the administration, rehabilitation and liquidation of insolvent insurance companies. He is actively involved in Dripping Springs local government leadership in his capacity as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission. He lives in Dripping Springs with his wife and young family.
